"Trish" Pulsifer; his close friend Jim Bob; his children, Prudence Moore (Tariq) of Williamsport, PA, Stephen Myers of Watsontown, PA, Courtney Kitka of Dansville, NY and Elizabeth Lewis (Jeremy) of Zephyrhills, FL; his grandchildren, Tariq Moore, Jr., Kyrie Moore, Dylan Myers, Gabrielle Oman (Eric), Caleb Kitka, Noah Lewis, Cole Lewis and Coen Lewis; his great grandchild Sloane Oman; and his siblings, Judy Leaman (Kenneth) of Willow Street, PA and Jeffrey Myers (Judy) of New Castle, PA.
