He was predeceased by : his parents, Archie Dunham and Marguerite Teal Dunham; his brother Brad; and his sister-in-law Antoinette Dunham. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Thomas Dunham; his children, David W. Dunham Jr. of Troy and Erica Hacker (Jason) of Berne; his brothers, Richard Dunham Sr. (Janice) of Troy and Donald Dunham; his sister-in-law Cynthia Dunham of Johnsonville; his grandchildren, Courtney Ryan, Justin, Cory Dunham, Sabrina and Madison Saunders; and his great grandchildren, Briella Balthazar and Karter Dunham.

Due to pandemic regulations, masks are required, social distancing practiced and occupancy limitations observed.
