She is survived by: her parent Margaret Heffernan McCabe; her children, Jenny Simmons of Troy, Steven Simmons (Cheryl) of Colonie and Peter Simmons (BettyAnn) of Schaghticoke; her grandchildren, Mark, Eric and Jeffrey Simmons; her great grandchild Jordyn Simmons; and her sisters, Dora Banten Kane Strode and Jean Bayly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
