He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L. Sr. Mann and Lillian Mann. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mann; his children, Greg Mann (Renee) and Kelly Weissenburg (Mark); his grandchildren, Alex, Sydney Mann, Nicholas Weissenburg, Alicia Mistretta (Garrett) and Brian Weissenburg; his sister Nancy Gould (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Gill (Nancy) and Kathy Kalota (Denny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
