It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Hughes Hogan of Trumansburg, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Humphrey Connelly and Kathryn Hughes Connelly; her husband William; her granddaughter Abigail Hogan; and her brothers, John H. Connelly and Charles F. Connelly.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew (Karen), Martin (Jeanne), MaryEllen Lenart (Tony), Timothy (Angela) and Katherine (Sepehr); her grandchildren, April Pocius (Michael), Jonathan Hogan (Shaina), Jessica Ferrin (Christian), Connor Hogan, Kevin Lenhart, Keith Lenhart (Cierra), Megan, Emma Hogan, Kayhaan Farahbakhshian, Matthew, Robert Rice and Holly Woloshik; her great grandchildren, Grant Pocius, Gabriel Ferrin and Lev Hogan; her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Kasper, Virginia Connelly and Margaret Connelly Palmer; and her children, Mercy and Box. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
