He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Sorbello and Angelina Sorbello (Torrisi); and his siblings, Frank, Tony, Salvatore, Rocco Sorbello, Rose Lee and Angelina Buzzanco.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sorbello (Staeth); his children, Donna M. Whitney (James) and Albert "Bud" Sorbello (Stacey); and his granddaughters, Amanda De La Rosa (Arturo), Tiffani Whitney (Patrick), Reagan and Ainsley Sorbello. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
