He is survived by : his siblings, Chester Kukowski (Marsha), Tom Kukowski (Linda), Carole Ann Zaniewski (Ted) and Roberta Colwell (Barton); and his nieces and nephews, Kim Carhart (John), David Kukowski, Stephen Kukowski (Sharon), Lisa Zaniewski, Greg Zaniewski, Jeff Zaniewski (Katie), Brian Kukowski (Rebeca), Beth Kozma (Jeff) and Jon Ryczek.
