He was predeceased by: his parent Vickey Taylor (Crockett); and his grandparents, Phyllis (Crockett) and Clifton "Kip" Richmond. He is survived by: his sister Jean; his brother-in-law Roger Rebisz; his niece Chloe Rebisz; his cousin Joshua Bolstridge; his caregiver Christine; his friend Timmy; and also Pat Crockett.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eannace Funeral Home, Inc. (932 South St, Utica, NY 13501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the S.'s Funeral Service (932 South St, Utica, NY 13501).
