She is survived by : her sons, Richard M. Smith and Thomas L. Smith; her siblings, Fred E. Fonda, Joyce K. Brickhouse and Ann Winnicki (Fonda); and her grandson Ryan Michael Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
