It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Mahar Jr. of Valatie, New York, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William F. Mahar Sr. and Alice Mahar (Gorham). He is survived by : his wife Huili Mahar; his children, Teri Gallucci (Glenn) of Rotterdam, Darcee Pantaz (Alex) of Brunswick and Mark Mahar (Cindy) of Texas; and his grandchildren, William Mahar (Billy), Briana Gallucci, Dante Gallucci, Eli Pantaz, Audrey Pantaz and Bess Pantaz. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's name can be made to Bernard and Millie Duker Children's Hospital (Melodies) at Albany Medical Center, 43 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208.
