He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Flood and Ellen Flood. He is survived by: his wife Bridget Flood of Valhalla, N. Y.; his children, Kerry Ann Sullivan (Terrence) of Valhalla, N. Y., Deirdre Sullivan (Charles) of Valhalla, N. Y. and Sean Flood (Kim) of Ossining, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Casey, Hope, Mikey, Jack, Jamie, Shealyn and Gavin.
