She is survived by : her children, Donald Blake (Kerri Human) of Van Etten and Deanna Blake of Palm Bay, FL; her siblings, Henry Blake (Carole) of Van Etten, Ronald Blake (Carol) of Waverly and Betty Campbell of Waverly; and her grandchildren, Alexander, Adam, Avery, Annukah, Arrowvelli and Amayannie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
