He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Stevens and Ida A. Stevens (Ancog); and his brother Robert "Bobby" Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Andrea S. Stevens; his children, Shannon P. White (Cole) of Fort Worth, Kiana R. Stevens, Gary W. Gates (Taryn) and Nicholas R. Gates; and his grandchildren, Caroline G. Freeman, Micah B. Freeman, Rylee C. White and Reese C. White of Fort Worth. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
