He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Ingersoll; his sons, Ryan (Irene), Todd Jr. (Kali) and Aaron (Britney); his stepsons, Chad T and Jamie; his daughters, Brittney and Makenzi (His); his stepdaughters, Cassandra (Allen) and Carolann; his grandchildren, David, Camilla, Mason, Chase, Greyson and Addison; his parent Jackie Rogers; his siblings, Michael, Patrick and Tammy; his stepsister Sheila; his close friends, Jack, Donnie and Cudd; and also Victoria.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Rifle Association (NRA) in Todd's memory, or the Bridge of Hope Church, Candor, NY.
