He was predeceased by: his parents, Boleslaw Kolodziejczyk and Frieda Kolodziejczyk (Nordbrock); and his siblings, Janina Kolodziejczyk, Henry Kolodziejczyk, Maria Moody and Irene Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Kolodziejczyk; his sons, Matthew Kolodziejczyk (Marsha Lafountain) and Brian Kolodziejczyk (Jordan Cantatore); his grandson Liam Kolodziejczyk; and his siblings, Teresa Salles, Edward Karen, Tomasz Kolodziejczyk, Elizabeth Schab and Christine Normoyle.
