She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe DeSantis and Giulia DeSantis; her spouse Gabriele DeMelis; and her siblings, Maria Aiello and Luigi DeSantis.
She is survived by: her son Donato DeMelis; her brother Gabriele DeSantis (Lucy); and also Sophie Wasilewski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
