He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Horn Mogan; his daughters, Aimee "Aimless" Mogan of Wappingers Falls and Danielle Kozak of Fishkill; his grandchildren, Alexis Galarza, Destiny, Madison Kozak, Bryson and Aiden Scott; his siblings, Carol (Fred Roesslein), Kelly (Fred Meyer) and Roger (Jane Mogan); his mother-in-law Catherine Horn; his sister-in-law Andrea Fitzgerald; his nieces and nephews, Patrick Mogan, Susan Mogan, AJ Fitzgerald (Katherine Fitzgerald), Dan (Kate Meyer), Lisa (Daryl Ware) and Chris Mogan; his great-nephew Patrick; his great-nieces, Sarah and Emilee; his close friend Jimmy Flanagan; and his pet Joe.
