He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Pete" Ager and Alison King Ager. He is survived by: his wife Martha Laidlaw; his children, David Ager (Patty), Donna Bonner and Karen McHugh-Clark (Bruce); his son-in-law Andy McHugh; and his grandchildren, Steven Ager, Gina Ager, Jessica Doherty (Matt), David Cooper (Caroline) and Nick.
