She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schumann and Anna Schumann (Schmeid); her husband Robert K. Ellsworth; her daughter Sharon Ellsworth; and her brother John Schumann.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Ellsworth (Beverly) of New Paltz, Scott Ellsworth of Wappingers Falls, James Ellsworth of Wappingers Falls and Ann Lyman; her grandchildren, Laura Telese (Paul), Lori Olheiser (Michael), Michael Lyman, John Lyman, Andrew Winters, Damon Gentile, Bradley Ellsworth, Hailee Ellsworth and Sophia Ellsworth; her great grandchildren, Antonio, Olivia Telese and Jordan Olheiser; and her sister Dolores Gillette of Allentown, PA. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews as well as other loving relatives & friends.
