He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hoffman and Jane Hoffman (Kubacz); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hoffman (Chapla); his sons, Steven Hoffman of Nanuet, Jeffrey Hoffman of Port Orange, FL and Paul Hoffman (Lesley) of Fishkill; his grandchildren, Ryan, Brittany, Mary-Elizabeth and Lauren Hoffman; his great grandchild Emmy Frances; and his sister Margaret Kopac of Blauvelt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
