He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Wilcox; and his sisters, Ramona Reynolds and Valerie Sylvestri. He is survived by: his mother Cecilia Menarski Wilcox; his spouse Michele Merante; his children, Daniel Wilcox (Nora) of Texas, Elizabeth Wilcox (Ian Tudmian) of New Orleans, Shannon Pena (Mark) of Cranford, NJ and Jamie Wilcox (Jeanie) of Naugatuck, CT; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Cameron and Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in memory of George may be made to the American Cancer Society.
