He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Steagall (Jackie); his siblings, Benjamin Steagall and Leilani Wagner; his daughters, Debbie Dyer (Tom) of Brampton, Charlene Steagall Blascoe (Jim Bushnell) of Salt Springs and Theresa Kip (Jeffrey Liebenow) of Seneca Falls, NY; and his grandchildren, April D Fountain, Michael Blascoe and Jennifer Kip. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; three great, great-grandchildren and four foreign exchange students "sons".
