She was predeceased by: her daughter Ashley; her aunt Theresa Forella; and her grandmother Ida "Nana" Schiavo. She is survived by: her spouse George Pacacha; her children, George Jr. and Victoria; her parents, JoAnn Woods (Thomas) and Anthony Schiavo; and her brothers, Anthony Jr., Louis Schiavo, Mush, Pebbles and Peanut.
