She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Agnello and Margaret Agnello (Larusso); and her brother Frank Agnello. She is survived by: her husband George E. Costello; her children, Margaret (Thelma) of Ashburn, VA, Jeannine of Wappingers Falls, John of Wappingers Falls and Rick (Lorrie) of Johnstown, PA; her grandchildren, Jessica, Ryan, Olivia and Gina; and her great grandchild Juniper.
