She was predeceased by : her parents, Gaylord Harold Winge and Ruth Evans Winge; her granddaughter Jennifer Bresett; and her nephews, Rusty Winge and Randy Winge.
She is survived by : her husband Richard Owen; her daughters, Dawn Roberts (Empra) of Dallas, TX, Wendy Ryan (Timothy) of Warsaw and Robin Praczkajlo (David) of Bliss; her granddaughter Melanie Swanson (Dakota) of Warsaw; her sister Lolly Webster (late Bev) of Southern Pines, NC; her niece Lori Hunter; her nephew Mark Hunter (Vicki); her brother Russ Winge (late Pam) of Warner Robins, GA; her niece Tami Winge; and her great-nephew Steven Moore.
