He is survived by: his daughter Amy Nevinger (David) of Attica; his grandchildren, Greg Nevinger of Attica and Holly Gruber of Amherst, NY; his great grandchildren, Delilah Nevinger, Matilda Nevinger, Clayton Nevinger, Cora Nevinger, Owen Nevinger, Warren Nevinger, Luna Nevinger, Logan Gruber and Tyler Gruber; and his great great grandchild Angelo Davis.
