He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Judy Coogan Bell; his stepmother Lorraine Bell of Warsaw; his mother Judy Foley of North Tonawanda; his children, Sadie Bell of Cheektowaga and Zack Bell of Batavia; his siblings, David Bell (Annette) of Batavia and Shannon Smyers of North Tonawanda; and his half-brother Robert Foley of North Tonawanda. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
