We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2021, at the age of 83, William R. Bell of Warsaw, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, William I. Bell and Florence Drew Bell; his sons, William R. Bell and Thomas J. Bell; and his sister Kathleen Benzin (Dick).
He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Woodley Bell; his children, David Bell (Annette) of Batavia and Shannon Smyers of North Tonawanda; his siblings, Norma Frederick (John) of Byron, Richard "Butch" Bell (Jane) of North Carolina and Linda Warnock (Craig) of Tacoma, Wash.; his stepchildren, Donald Hulme, Jr. (Sherri) of Warsaw, Tim Hulme (Cheryl) of Florida, Daniel Hulme (Jan) of Pulaski, Mark Hulme (Sue) of Pennsylvania, Allen Hulme of North Chili, Andrew Hulme (Kathleen) of Pavilion and Lorri Crater (Art) of Warsaw; and his sisters, Joyce McCann (Terry) and Nancy Wiers (Les). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
