He was predeceased by: his father George Kolasa; and his brother Eric. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Kolasa (Kuhlman); his wife Dawn Gavers-Kolasa; his children, Bryan, Jaden and Shawn; and his pet Mikey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
