He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard A. Osterhout and Ursula J. Osterhout (Stellers); his children, Jessica Wolcott (Mike), Amanda Osterhout and Christopher Osterhout; and his siblings, Pamela DiCostanza (Anthony), Edward, Joseph (Mary), David Osterhout, Mary Lou Osterhout, Michelle Leggs and Michael. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
