He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Sr and Lena Pecora Battaglia, Sr.; and his siblings, Sam Battaglia (Joyce), Russ Battaglia (Sally) and Rose Battaglia.
He is survived by: his wife Marie A. Toni Battaglia; his grandchildren, Chris Battaglia (Mae), Holly Battaglia, Cara-Leigh Battaglia (Darrald Jensen) of Seneca Falls, NY, Christal Kent (Dan) and Nickoli Jensen; and his sisters, Fran Battaglia Kelly of Geneseo, NY and Gerri Battaglia Dickens of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made payable to the Waterloo Educational Foundation, for the Charles L.
