He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Neinast and Margaret "Jane" Schantz Neinast; his wife Bonnie M. Neinast; and his daughter Samantha J. Picchi. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brianna Cuny (Lynn), Andrew Palmer (Ashley), Owen Palmer, Alexandria Neinast, Dominic, Natalia Calabrese, Jessie Pruden (Nicholas), Zachary, Danielle Neinast, Collin Knight, Michael LaJoy, Alyvia, Gabrielle Krebbs, Jordan, Damon, Orazio Felice and Cienna Picchi His; his great grandchildren, Dylan Palmer, Dixie Pruden and Eleanor; and his siblings, Nancy Troutman (Rochester), Mary Neinast, William Neinast, Robert Neinast (Ruby) and Michael Neinast. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
