He is survived by: his parents, Gerard T. and Patricia A.; his wife Sandra J. Cooke; his son Richard Cooke of Va; his stepsons, Heath Malchoff (Tanya) and Jason Malchoff (Erica); his daughter Joline Malchoff (Shawn Graham) of Waterloo, N. Y.; and his siblings, Gerard Cooke (Beth) of Geneva, N. Y., Timothy Cooke (Joan) of Vine Grove, Daniel Cooke (Kelly) of Boundbrook, N. J., Deborah Warren (David) of Tampa and Patricia Siegel (Frederick) of Waterloo, N. Y.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandson.
