She was predeceased by: her parent Weldon G.; her husband Cecil; her siblings, Marjorie Cook, Robert Cook (Ann) and Richard Cook (Jeanne); her niece Rosemary Cook Corbett; James Dwyer, Phyllis Dwyer, Dale Shaw and Jean Shaw.
She is survived by: her parent Bessie Feeney Cook; her children, Mary Beth Balistreri of Waterloo, David, Gary M. (Maureen) of South Carolina and James E. Shaw of Waterloo; her sister Kathleen Clark of North Chili; and her grandchildren, Joshua Arnold (Deja), Jessica Hayes (Marcus), Jason Shaw, Garrett Shaw, Lisa Balistreri Macuch (Billy) and Jill Galinski (Rob). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her beloved feline friend.
