She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Phillips. She is survived by: her parents, Ray Russell and Celeste Ward Russell; and her children, Daniel Phillips (Kathy) and Donna Lewis (William). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
