She was predeceased by: her parent George Entz; her husband Everett Fisk; and her siblings, John Entz, Sarah O'Connor, Myrtle Smith, Bernice Simmons, Vivian Donk and Edith DeVries.
She is survived by: her parent Edith Entz; her spouse Evertt Fisk; her children, David Fisk, Sr. of Junius, NY, Elaine Fisk of Junius, NY and Edmund Fisk of Junius, NY; her grandchildren, David and Daniel Fisk of Gainsville, VA; her great grandchildren, Brittany Fisk and Jessica Fisk; and her close friend Barb Griffith of Junius. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
