He was predeceased by: his parent Carlton Buckert; and his wife Anna May Buckert (Yonge). He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Buckert (Dunham); and his children, Melinda Buckert of Florida and Michael Bucker (Amy) of Macedon. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
