It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rufino Capeles (Waterloo, New York), who passed away on June 29, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Bryant of Fla and Margie Petrou of Fla; and his close friends, David Passalacqua, Joshua Passalacqua of Geneva, Cindy Wing and Don Wing of Waterloo.
