We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2019, at the age of 89, Thelma Kelsey (Waterloo, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph DelPapa and Alice DelPapa (Estes); her children, Linda Cook (Bill) and Jeffrey Kelsey (Lisa); her grandchildren, Ashleen (Nick Mitchell), Lauren, Sara Cook, Michelle Lapp (Tom) and Heather Dove (Randall); her great grandchildren, Ellanora Dove and Baby Lapp; her sisters, Velma Avveduti (Paul), Canoga Gladys DelPapa and Waterloo Several; and her husband Cecil.
