He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Shawver and Virginia Shawver (Spacht); his siblings, Randy, Donald, Glen, Gerald and Eva Klafehn; and his siblings-in-law, Marie, Carolyn and Rick.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Nudd); his children, Cindy, Connie (Ken McPherson), Dale and Cathy Brien (Jeff); his grandchildren, Joshua, Eric (Abigail), Jessica (Jeff), Hayley (Jason), Brent (Hayley) and Evan; his great grandchildren, Kiri, Chase, Braylin, Ashton, Esme and Scarlett; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Kelly-Mack (Tom), Ann Shawver and Maryjane Nudd. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
