He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Woolston and Flora Woolston (Franks); and his brothers, Merle, William (Edna) and Lee (Margaret).
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Rodney (Donna), Donna Smith (Michael) and Dana (Lynda); his grandchildren, Shaun (Elissa), Evan Smith (Tiffany), Ryan Woolston (Mattea), Jessy Holz (Kyle), Shane Woolston, Lysa Leek (Ken) and Dale Woolston; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Niederhofer, Ben, Aubree Leek, Ava, Caden Woolston, Colton, Maddox, Garrett, Graydon Smith, Lucas and Lucy Holz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
