He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl Thomas and Maxine Thomas (Herrod). He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Eaton (Rob), Patti Hayes (Craig Fiegel), Cindy Perry (Mark Follman) and Sandy Mitchell (Joe Jurinich); his grandchildren, Wayne Turner, Valerie Kohls (Fred), Jamie Klotz (Jason), Ryan Mitchell, Ben Hayes and Grace Hayes; and his sisters, Ruth Fisher (Les) and Pat Fuller (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
