He is survived by: his children, Michele Patchen (Dominic) of Constantia, NY, Tina Borgstrom, Patrick Hopkins (Kara) of Hutto, TX and Gary Hopkins (Meagan Hopkins) of Henderson, NV; his stepdaughter Nicole Bovee (Peter); his brothers, Larry Hopkins (Julie) of Sioux City, IA, Don Hopkins of Hartford, IL, Dan Hopkins (Laurie) of Edwardsville, IL and Jeff Hopkins; his grandchildren, D. J., Jailynn, Eva, Christopher, Kasey, Elijah and Zachary; and his siblings-in-law, Eloise Ecker (Orville) of Bradenton, FL, Sylvia Germonto of Ramona, CA and Richard Fioretto (Anne) of Summerfield, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
The family has requested that memorial contributions in Hop's name be made to a charity of one's choice.
