She was predeceased by : her parents, John C. O'Neill and Margaret Barry O'Neill; and her husband Donald McHugh of Watertown. She is survived by : her sons, Secretary, John M. McHugh of Carthage and Patrick J. McHugh of Slingerlands. She is also survived by grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
