She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Helmer and Gertrude Helmer (Baker); her husband Austin F. Baughman; her brothers, Maurice Helmer, Jr. and Donald Helmer; and her brothers-in-law, Walter Hyde, Dwayne Corey and William Freeman.
She is survived by: her close friend Rodger Carr; her daughter Darlene London (Ronald) of Copenhagen; her sisters, Dolores Hyde of Watertown, Flora Corey of Watertown and Bonnie Freeman of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Brandon Russell (Meaghan) of Rensselaer, NY, Mallory Puccia (Vincent) of Watertown and Allison London of Watertown; and her great grandchildren, Colton Russell, Brock Russell and Emelia Puccia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
