She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry C. Fadden and Bernadetta E. Fadden (McCarthy); and her brother Jerry H. Fadden. She is survived by : her sister Agnes E. Gwyn; and her nieces and nephews, Jan, Matt, Amey, Joseph, Katie, Libby and Andrew.

In lieu of flowers donations in Mary Jane's name may be made to Sisters of the Precious Blood, 400 Pratt St. or Residents Activities Fund, Samaritan Summit Village, 22691 Campus Dr., both in Watertown, NY 13601.
