It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Place (Waterville, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on November 2, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank J. Place and Mayme LaBella Place; and his siblings, Camille Pilawa and Nicholas F. Place. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jane; his daughter Rene'; his son-in-law Andre Kallay of New Hartford; his grandchildren, Kayla, Alex Gonzalez of Utica, Kristopher and Emily Kallay of Rome; his great grandchild Andre Joseph; his siblings-in-law, Edward A. Pilawa of Chesapeake, VA and Jenifer Orlando of Utica; his nieces and nephews, Lynne Jackson (Laurie Mumm), Edward Pilawa (Maria) of Las Vegas, NV, Mark Pilawa of Utica and Tracy Fiore (Marlo Ward); and his cousins, Mary Lou Cotton of Ballston Spa, Marilyn Dovi of Utica and Rosann Rolchigo (Ben) of Utica.
