Shelia Williams Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2020, at the age of 83, Shelia Williams (Waterville, New York), born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William O'Dowd and Maryagnes O'Dowd (Dowd); her spouse Elisher J. Williams; her siblings, Marjorie Stephens, Rosemary Porter and William O'Dowd; and her granddaughter Marie Elisabeth Bottoni.
She is survived by : her children, Deborah Bottoni (Randy), David Williams (Sherry), James Williams (Cheryl), Thomas Williams, Robert (Amy), Mark Williams (Crissy) and Jonathan Williams; and her sister Patricia Ireland of Waterville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
