He was predeceased by: his parent Mae T. Bacon. He is survived by: his parent James H. Bacon; his wife Debra Bacon; his sons, Tyler Bacon and Taylor Bacon; his sister Gail Salamida; his sons, Michael Salamida (Ashley) and Christopher Salamida; his brother-in-law John (Flo); and his children, Travis and Kelsey. He is also survived by nine companions and many close friends.
