He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ronald Fink Sr., Katherine Fink and Rosemary Van Vorst. He is survived by : his parents, Adam Van Vorst and Tonia Van Vorst (Fink); his brother Nathan R. Van Vorst (Abbie Ball); his children, Tahla, Zuri and Veeona Van Vorst; and his aunt Carol "Gidget" Bright (Gary). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
